How long does it take to see results?

We recommend applying the serum once daily, preferably in the evening, on clean and dry skin.
Can I use the serum with eyelash extensions?
Yes. Our formulas are designed to be compatible with eyelash extensions. Allow the serum to dry completely before applying other products.
Can I use the serum while wearing makeup?
Yes. Apply the serum to clean skin and allow it to fully absorb before applying makeup.
Is the serum suitable for sensitive skin?

What should I do if irritation occurs?

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 1–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primarily ship within Australia. Any international shipping options will be displayed during checkout if available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
