Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship orders within Australia.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and seasonal delays.

- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days, where available

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lash Originals is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details.
We will assist you in contacting the courier and reviewing the issue. However, once an order has been dispatched, delivery delays caused by the courier are outside our direct control.
