If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

You do not need to return the product to receive a refund.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

As individual skin types and sensitivities vary, we recommend performing a patch test before first use.

If you experience an unexpected reaction, discontinue use and contact us. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we may request additional information to assist with our assessment.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
