Is this lash serum safe for sensitive eyes? Yes. The formula is water-based, prostaglandin-free and ophthalmologist-tested. If you have an active eye condition, check with your doctor first.

Can I use it with eyelash extensions or contact lenses? Yes. The formula is oil-free, so it does not contain the oils that break down extension adhesive. Contact lens wearers should apply it at night after removing lenses.

How long until I see results? Most customers notice healthier-looking lashes from week 4, with the full effect judged at around weeks 8–12 of daily use. Individual results vary.

Does it contain prostaglandins? No. We deliberately formulate without prostaglandin analogues, which are linked to eye irritation and eyelid darkening. Our approach is conditioning-based: peptides, biotin and panthenol.

What happens if I stop using it? Lashes gradually return to how they looked before, over a few natural lash cycles. To maintain the look, keep using it 3–4 times a week after the first 12 weeks.
